The SVM series from Vacmobiles.com is the end result of more than 20 years' experience manufacturing vacuum systems for advanced composites industry applications. Based on proven components, the Vacmobile SVM series is tailor-made for large resin infusions, RTM Light and vacuum bagging over pre-preg and wet laid material. SVM series machines can also be used to manufacture exceptionally low void ratio infused parts by allowing batches of resin to be degassed and fed into evacuated laminate stacks without air contact. Vacuum pump and resin trap modules can be selected to meet specific needs.

Modular system based on mobile docking station, allowing for tool-free fitting of 1 or 2 vacuum pumps and up to 2 resin traps. Proven robust construction with unique Vacmobile™ vacuum connections to ensure vacuum integrity over a long working life. Single phase powered and usable just about anywhere.

Docking station

Two level mobile unit, with docking locations for two modules on each level. Single phase power provided for one or two vacuum pumps on the lower level.

Resin trap options

Vacuum connections

Up to 8 O-ring sealed connections per resin trap lid in 4 optional sizes to suit the following outside diameter tubes: 3/8" to 10 mm, " to 13 mm, 5/8" to 16 mm & 19 mm to 3/4". With adaptors, also suitable for " and " inside diameter tubing.
