China Windpower – Beijing 21-23 October 2009
Over the past two years, China Wind Power has become the most important event in China. As the follow up event to Windpower Shanghai 2007 and Global WindPower 2008, China Wind Power is the only conference and exhibition that attracts the wind industry’s global leaders because it is the only event supported by industry associations.

Composites Europe – Stuttgart 27-29 October 2009
In 2009, the Composites Europe, 4th European Trade Fair & Forum for Composites, Technology and Applications, takes place from 27-29 October for the second time in the New Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre.

Vacmobiles exhibited at JEC Composites Show, Paris

In conjunction with our European distributor (Vacmobiles Europe), we exhibited at the JEC show in Paris. There was a welcome lack of doom and gloom at the show – from both visitors and exhibitors alike. We received firm orders at the show and have a good number of enquiries to follow-up. It was well worthwhile being there. If you haven’t been to JEC Paris and are serious about composites, you should plan to be there next year (April 13-14-15, 2010). Tahiti, an amazing market for composites!

We delivered our tenth Vacmobile to a Tahitian customer. Hard to believe that an island with a population of around 250,000 people can be so composites intensive – they must love their carbon fibre outrigger canoes! (See our newsletter #7 for more info.)
