Warranty

 

Subject to operation and routine maintenance in accordance with the instructions provided with each machine (and downloadable from this website) our machines are guaranteed against defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Please note that our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the machine and we reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.  All work covered under our warranty must be pre-approved by the factory before work is commenced.  Please contact your machine supplier, or the manufacturer (Vacmobiles.com Limited) immediately in the event of a suspected warranty problem.

 

Please note that Vacmobiles are designed and built for heavy duty industrial use and generally provide trouble-free performance.  If problems are encountered, they are generally caused by insufficient oil and filter changing.  Replacement oil is a low cost item and the oil change time only a few minutes.  To ensure trouble-free performance, please follow our service instructions, use the correct grade of oil and change it as soon as it noticeably discolours, or at every 500 running hours – whichever is the sooner!
